These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TournaMate mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use TournaMate. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Acceptable use
When using TournaMate, you agree not to:
- Post unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, or misleading content.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with a team or event.
- Disrupt, overload, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.
- Use the Service to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Upload images or content you do not have the right to share.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the tournaments, teams, images, messages, and other content you create ("Your Content"). You grant TournaMate a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, display, and distribute Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service. You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights to share it.
5. Tournament organizers & participants
TournaMate is a tool for organizing and following tournaments. We are not a party to, and are not responsible for, any tournament, its rules, fees, prizes, results, or disputes between organizers and participants. Any registration fees or prizes shown in the app are managed by organizers outside of TournaMate; we do not process payments.
6. Service availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TournaMate and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using TournaMate and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
