I didn't receive my verification email
Check your spam or junk folder. You can request a new code from the verification screen in the app — codes expire after 30 minutes. If it still doesn't arrive, email us and we'll help.
How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot Password and follow the emailed instructions. Resetting your password signs you out on other devices.
How do I join a tournament or team?
Use the invitation link or QR code shared by the organizer or team captain. Invitations also appear in your in-app notifications.
I'm not receiving notifications
Make sure notifications are enabled for TournaMate in your device settings, and check your notification preferences in Profile → Settings.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Delete Account in the app. Your profile and drafts are permanently removed; tournaments you took part in are kept as historical records with your name shown as "Deleted User". Deletion may be blocked while you have a live or upcoming tournament — see our Privacy Policy for details.
